RCG Fees

Full Marching Band 

Fees are an unfortunate but necessary requirement in order to support our extra-curricular music ensembles. The school corporation typically has budget to cover less than 30% of the cost of our programs so our non-profit parent booster organization, The Royal Guardians, collects these fees which are used primarily to cover staff salaries and transportation costs. • Fees must be paid by the due dates or the students will not be allowed to continue with the program. • Outstanding fees MUST be addressed before students are permitted to participate in the upcoming season. • HSE Bands believes that students should not automatically be denied participation in the program because of an inability to meet the financial policy. Students utilizing HSE Free/Reduced Lunch will have fees reduced by 50% upon verification. Please contact Audrey Torres with any concerns.

The program fee for Royal Command & Guard is $1100 plus (TBD) uniform fee for each student.

The fee schedule for Royal Command & Guard is as follows:

Total $1100 plus TBD uniform fee.

To limit your out-of-pocket cost, we will be offering ways to earn money that can be applied directly toward your fees, such as working at Ruoff or participating in our Scrip program. Fee Assistance
